Features:

The move-asleep sealing joint is made of graphite ring with spherical surface,having good seal reliability.

The heating elements are hanged on three sides of the hearth,making temperature uniformity.

The refractory lining is made up of fibre blankets with good heat preservation.

Atmosphere:H₂,N₂ or Air,0—10Kpa.

Raw material is feeded into the drum by a dosing screw feeder,and the finished product is discharged automatically by a two-valve mechanism.

The rotating speed of the drum and helix can be step-less-changed.

The raw material in the furnace contacting with process gas enough and equably,it is a perfect type of furnace to produce uniform and fine pure metal grain. 

Applications:

As a calcinatory,Ammonium tungstate and ammonium molyvdate can e calcened in it to produce tungsten oxide and molybdenum oxide.

As a reducing furnace,tungsten oxide or other metallic oxide powder can be reduced in it with H2 to priduce tungsten or other pure metal.
